Chocolate Coconut Chia Pudding

Ingredients
2
tablespoons
chia seeds
½
cup
almond milk
or milk of choice I used unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1
teaspoon
100% maple syrup
1
tablespoon
unsweetened shredded coconut
more for topping if desired
⅛
teaspoon
pure vanilla extract
1
teaspoon
raw cacao powder
cacao nibs for topping
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
Cover with a lid.
It may look watery, but allow it to sit overnight (or at least a few hours) for it to thicken.
Top with cacao nibs and additional shredded coconut if desired. ENJOY!
