Apple Pie Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 ½ scoops protein powder
  • 1 cup almond milk I used Silk unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 apple chopped
  • ½ teaspoon 100% pure maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts I used Diamond of California

Instructions

  • Place all of the ingredients except for walnuts in a small bowl.
  • Stir well and cover.
  • Place in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Top with walnuts.
  • Eat and enjoy!
