I just found my new favorite smoothie! It’s packed with protein, fiber, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants to get your day started off right!
I love the thick, creamy texture that raw oats add to a smoothie. Especially if you make it and leave sit overnight. This smoothie is packed with protein without any protein powder. All the protein comes naturally from raw hemp, flax and chia seeds. Awesome right? The down side…it makes your pretty pink smoothie turn a little brownish. Shrug. Oh well. It still tastes delicious.
I can’t wait for strawberry season to start so I can use some fresh, sweet ones. But for now, the frozen strawberries work great.

I haven’t been drinking as many smoothies as I usually do since this winter has been so ridiculously cold, but now that spring is here I plan on making many more! What is your favorite smoothie?
Adding oatmeal to smoothies is one of my favorite ways to make them thick and SO much more filling! The strawberry addition is so perfect for spring too! Pinned 🙂
Thanks so much Taylor!
Agree! Looks like a great and healthy way to start the day!
