Mo’s MORSELICIOUS “NUTTIN’ NAUGHTY bout this patty”
makes 6 medium sized patties
INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup soaked and cooked beans of your choice
1/2 cup soaked and cooked quinoa (or brown rice) BOB’S RED MILL
2 TBSP flax meal & 1 TBSP chia seeds mixed with 1/4 cup water
(you may want to add more liquid) BOB’S RED MILL & NOW FOODS
1/4 cup MORSELICIOUS MIX (OR add 1/4 cup more quinoa)
1/3 cup diced carrots
1/3 cup diced celery
1/3 cup diced zucchini
3 diced green onion
1/4 cup sunflower seeds NOW FOODS
1/4 cup chopped almonds BOB’S RED MILL
1/4 cup chopped cashews NOW FOODS
*optional (2 TBSP sesame seeds)
SPICES
black pepper MY SPICE SAGE
cayenne pepper
cumin
1 clove fresh garlic or garlic powder (depending on your LOVE for garlic)
HERBS
fresh parsley
fresh basil or rosemary
DIRECTIONS
mix ALL ingredients together in a BIG bowl
and form into patties
place onto a pan lightly greased with coconut oil
bake/grill or pan fry
until browned or crispier, if that’s your preference
SERVE with sweet potato fries, mixed green salad
or make Mo’s BOWL Meal:
(I prefer my BOWL method to the official “PLATE” method)
serve OVER a GIANT SALAD
and add avocado, dressing (preferably CLEAN & HOME MADE)
