Throw away your processed energy bars that are loaded with unnecessary ingredients and sugars. These are simple to make, healthy and you don’t even have to turn your oven on to make them!
I am so excited to part of the Sun-Maid Brand Ambassador program. I always love working with brands and products that I can feel good about sharing with my family. Sun-Maid offers a wide range of dried fruits, such as apricots, plums, dates, cranberries, figs and of course raisins. I was so excited to get started on creating a healthy recipe but I didn’t know where to start!
I decided to create my first recipe with the Sun-Maid Pitted Dates. Dates are a wonderful way to add extra fiber with natural sweetness. And they are magical in no bake bars and treats, just like this one! These are easy enough to take with you and are gluten-free, dairy-free and vegan. What’s not to like, right?
Please go visit Sun-Maid’s site here to read the full recipe. Maybe even leave me a comment and tell me how much you love them? 🙂 And now that I am a Sun-Maid Ambassador, get ready to see more recipes with even more goodies. I can’t wait to get started!
These look AWESOME!!!!
Thank you Lexi!

Thank you Sheryl!
No bake treats are definitely the way to go when the weather is hot! Love that you used dates in these – they’re one of my favorite ingredients.

Dates are always underused and they are so delicious! These no bake bars look like a great summer treat!
These looks perfect for post-workout or mid-hike snacking. I have a feeling my family would love these bars.
I love their products so much. My dad was an avid raisin fanatic and an avid date fanatic. So we grew up eating them both like most kids ate candy. Can’t wait to check out the recipe. Looks amazing.
I love raisins and dates and this looks soooo yummy! Love the flavor combinations as well. I’ll be sure to check out Sun Maid’s site for the recipe. Thank you
