we’ve cut artificial colors and preservatives and i think wheat is the next challenge! this would help us!
I love, love, love your blog! One of my dear friends has just gone wheat free and I would love to check it out and make some surprises for her! This cookbook would be amazing in my collection!
My son, who has celiac, would appreciate anything to help with my less than stellar cooking abilities! Pick me 🙂
I would love to win this book. My daughter-in-law has numerous food allergies, including wheat. It would be nice to be able to help her find some good recipes she could eat.
I love to try new healthy recipes not only for me but my husband and our two children. Raising them to be healthy and happy individuals is my number #1 priority! Thank you so much for the chance at winning 🙂
I already like your page on facebook ♥
Lauren, I follow you faithfully and have learned so much from your blog! I look forward to reading your FB posts everyday! I was so thrilled to see that you had your cookbook coming out because I really need it!
Actually, it’s like fate that I found you because my daughter (29) has always had major stomach issues since she was a baby. She is on med for IBS but recently has many more issues. After reading your blog, I talked her into getting a referral from her doctor to a nutritionist. I went with her and was very impressed with this person. Long story short, she has my daughter trying a gluten free diet. Something we did suspect. Of course, my daughter has been slightly overwhelmed and I know your book would help her tremendously! Please pick me!
When I had a CRP test done last year, my result was 5.9. — not surprising (arthritis, eczema, etc.) but YIKES!! Luckily, all of my other numbers are very good, so it’s not a huge concern YET…So I began to research ways to reduce inflammation. I found it’s NOT an easy task, but a way I might be able to control it is through diet. I want to be here for the long haul, so I’ve just begun my wheat/gluten free & low carb lifestyle in an attempt to lower my inflammation level. I’m still in the really overwhelmed stage, so another book from a source I trust would be wonderful!!

I have “liked” you on FB for quite awhile now! 🙂

a) Your recipes are awesome! a) I have a wheat allergy, so am always looking for new ideas.
I had to go gluten free a few months ago. It hasn’t been easy and I would love to have a book that will give me ideas on healthy alternatives to wheat.
I would like to know more about a gluten free diet, I’m going back to a natural diet, fruits & vegetables, etc. I would also like to share gluten free cooking with my grandchildren & foster girls who have been on medicine for ADHD. I’m wondering if gluten free would help them. Thank you for this offer.
I keep hearing about Wheat free and I am not sure if I could implement it in our diet. It would be nice to see the recipe and figure out how to do it.
Hey Lauren! This is a perfect book for me to try out wheat-free recipes. I want to test out how much of an improvement this will have on my severe Raynaud’s 🙂
My family keeps to about 90% clean eating…I would love more recipes on hand! Plus, of all the food blogs I read, your tastes match mine just about the best. I make a ton of your recipes. Thanks!

I don’t know whether I posted in the right place, so I’m posting it again. Thank you for the opportunity for this giveaway. I would love your book because my daughter and I have to be on a gluten free diet. Any help and knowledge is so helpful on this difficult journey. I would love to buy your book, but won’t be able to. I would love this book…. I was diagnosed with Lupus back in the summer and have, through trial and error, discovered that my symptoms… especially arthritis and stomach symptoms, show quite a bit of improvement when I go gluten free/wheat free. I am still on this journey of discovery and every resource I could possibly get my hands on makes this easier to understand and make changes. Thanks for offering this book. 🙂
Congratulations on your book! Looks like a great resource to feed our families better! Thank you sharing your knowledge!
I have enjoyed the changes in my body that your FB page and blog had helped me make. My mother and brother aren’t as lucky. I would love to have you book for my brother who has diabetes and is trying to turn his health around. I just hope it isn’t too late. Keep up the great work!

I would love to win your book. I am always trying to eat healthy and I think your book would realy help me into doing that. I love reading your blog. and the post you put on facebook.
Love your blog. My mom and husband are wheat free so your cookbook interests me. I started a cookbook for fun 2 years ago and got lazy. Congrats on your cookbook.
Because I’m gluten allergic
I recently adjusted my diet to manage menopause symptoms and have found it really helpful. I would appreciate more resources to keep the new dairy-, wheat-, caffeine-, sugar- and alcohol-free diet going.
We are a vegetarian family and want to get away from wheat when I recently learned that the wheat we have today is not the same as the wheat of our ancestors. It was hybrid modified back in the 1960’s and contains a new protein that may not be compatible with our digestion. So, we are looking for alternatives to wheat.
My 18 year old daughter was diagnosed a year ago with celiac disease and my husband shortly after that. Although my blood tests have come back negative, I suspect I have an intolerance to wheat. Needless to say I have changed, rearranged and completely overhauled my kitchen and our diets! I am so excited about your book as we are always looking for new recipes etc. regarding wheat free eating! Congratulations to you!!
This is SO exciting that your book is out! I would love a copy because I really feel better when I remove or limit wheat and wheat products from my diet…I love the recipes that you post and follow you FB and just subscribed here too. Wishing you much success with your book from one Jersey girl to another. ; )
I graduated medical school and started my residency. And I’ve had a few patients in clinic who have come with GI issues, and I would LOVE to have something that I could to that may help them out. I don’t know if celiac disease is on the rise, or if I’m just noticing it more now that I have my own patients…. Thanks for this. And please keep up the good work!!
Good luck to u! So happy to see someone in your profession interested in sharing more than just pharmaceutical bandaids for complicated illnesses.
I’ve been GF for a year, with so many positive health changes! Yours was one of the first blogs I founds after going GF, and your recipes resonate with me. I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to have a signed copy of the new book!
It would be great to have some wheat-free recipes for my family members who can’t tolerate it. And the recipes look good for the rest of us, too.
I like you on Facebook (Carolsue Anderson)

Looking for inspiration to cook for two kids I nanny to try and introduce them to new, healthy foods! They are very picky and currently on a gluten free diet with a very limited selection of foods they enjoy. Looks like a fun cook book!
I have “Liked” your FB page for a while now. It is such a blessing!!
I have several family members with wheat allergies, some pretty severe. I have been having some health issues, and was told wheat might be the culprit. It’s SO huge just trying to figure out where to start, so I think this book would be a huge help in that process. I would love to eat wheat-free, and I am excited to start!
Thanks!!
Hi, I would love to have the book as my husband is diabetic. I am always trying to find things he can eat. He often feels left out because of his disease. Thank you for considering me.
Pick me, me, me!! I am entering my name in the “pot” for a second time for good seasonings sake (and being that I am gluten free…I’m perfect and I taste great!). I am from the cooking school of Justin Wilson, and desperately need a little… No, I take that back, a lot of Lauren Kelly guidance in my kitchen. As I said before my son with Celiac would be most grateful as would I to be the owner of a signed edition of your newest cookbook!!
I have read through the other entries and decided that if you do indeed pick me I would like to give the book to Reema who posted January 24th at 3:29am. I have a celiac/type1 diabetic 12 yr old son and a non-verbal autistic 11 yr old son; after all the years and all of the drs we have been to it would be great to see more of them (drs) with down to earth and up to date nutrition information. If Reema is able to understand/relate and help one extra person because she won your book it would be worth it to me and I will gladly pay for my copy!
Love your facebook page and would love to win your wonderful cookbook.
Hi Lauren, just wondering if the recipes in your cookbook might help me with my fight against cancer. I am battling it for the fourth time. I would be grateful to be able to win your cookbook so I could try implementing the recipes into my diet. Thank you and have a super night.
Hi Lauren,
Carrie suggested commenting to win a free copy of your cookbook. Our daughter has JRA and when she has flare ups it seems wheat products aggravates her digestive system. In addition my mother in law also has been going through some similar issues with ther digestive system and although test have not confirmed wheat products or gluten products is a culprit the idea of wheat free eating is enticing. We sure would love to use your recipes.
Lauren!!! I want a signed copy!!! I need more inspiration for replacing wheat with more healthy, beneficial ingredients.
