It’s time to get ready for next week’s healthy meals! Here are some nutritious, wholesome and delicious meals to get you on track.
I have been here since Thursday morning visiting Now Foods at their headquarters. It was such a great experience and I can’t wait to share more with you. Now I am staying the weekend in downtown Chicago with my dear friend Kelly, from Nosh and Nourish and we are having a blast! I can’t wait to share all of our fun experiences with you all later. What’s on today’s agenda? Massages and facials at The Dana Hotel, walking to the market, cocktails on a roof top lounge and dinner at an awesome local, vegetarian restaurant. To say I am excited would be a huge understatement.
Since I get home tomorrow, I am so excited to have this week’s meal plan ready and waiting! Now if I just could get my husband on board with buying the groceries. Oh wait, he has no excuse since I have a meal plan ready and waiting for him! See what I did there?

Honey Pineapple BBQ Chicken Sandwich from Flavor the Moments.
Prep Ahead: The BBQ sauce may be made in advance and the pineapple may also be prepped ahead.
Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Banh Mi from greens & chocolate.
Prep Ahead: the quick pickled veggies should be made at least a day in advance. The pork marinade can be made in advance.
Thai Chicken Salad Wrap with Blueberries from Spoonful of Flavor.
Prep Ahead: you can grill the chicken ahead of time and then assemble the wraps when ready to eat.
Spinach Berry Smoothie from Hip Foodie Mom.
Prep ahead: Freeze your ripe bananas beforehand. You can peel and break them into pieces, or slice them up. Throw them into a zip top bag and freeze!
Mixed Berry Mason Jar Salad from Lauren Kelly Nutrition.
Prep Ahead: Chop vegetables ahead of time. You can prepare the dressing ahead of time too.
