I am sad to say this will be the last week that we do the Healthy Weekly Meal Plan. It was just getting to be too much for us. I hope to start one again this summer because I do think they are helpful, especially for those who are new to meal planning. But please continue to visit these other bloggers, they always create delicious, nutritious recipes!
Speaking of creating recipes, I hope to start creating my own soon! I have to be honest, it did feel nice to have a break from all of the cooking ALL THE TIME. But I am ready to start getting back into it. Spring is always about organization and inspiration and I am soaking it up.
Now onto this (last) week’s meal plan. I am making that smoothie bowl on Monday and that BLT Chopped Salad sometime next week. I LOVE a chopped salad! Check them out..
