Lemony Pesto Pasta with Asparagus and Green Bean, Radish, and Bacon Salad with Creamy Feta Dressing are just two of the delicious, nutritious dishes on this week’s healthy meal plan!
A few of these fabulous dishes are very spring-like, too bad it’s snowing outside again! So we will call these dishes springy comfort foods, does that work?
I am typing this in an adorable juice shop right now. The hubby, me and the kids are sipping juices and smoothies (acai bowl for me!) and I am working. People are looking at our house so I thought I’d treat the family to some smoothies. As much as I love smoothies and juices, it’s been a month already and I want to sell my house. It doesn’t help that it’s snowing so much!
If I were cooking, I would totally start off with the Lemony Pesto Pasta with Asparagus. I adore all things asparagus and that looks insanely delicious. Let’s get to the meals!
