This has been a long week.
I still haven’t been cooking much i order to keep my house neat (we are selling it) and I can’t believe how much I miss it. I’m not even talking about cooking for work, I simply mean cooking for me and my family. Although I am pleasantly surprised by some of the pre-made foods at Trader Joe’s. My kids seem to like them too, which surprised me too. Although my oldest just recently asked when we are going to eat “real dinners” again.
Sigh. I spoiled these kids. Just like my mom spoiled me with delicious, wholesome dishes.
