And just like that, it’s February.
We have been fairly lucky with the weather here in NJ. We’ve had some cold days, but it hasn’t been too bad. Yet.
I am well aware that we have a good two more months of winter, but since time has been flying by, I am hoping this winter will do just that.
How have you all been doing with your meal prepping? I have been doing great with it (not counting last Wednesday night when my kids had cereal for dinner…no judgements, just keeping it real here) For the most part I am feeling organized and (fairly) on the ball.
