Remember me telling you how great I have been doing with my meal prep? Well, all of that is out the window.
We finally listed our house this week and I haven’t cooked since (does oatmeal count?) Man this is hard! I have three (messy) boys and a (not-so-neat) husband and it’s nearly impossible to keep this place clean. So for now I have to forego the meal prep and deal with eating out. A lot. Sigh. My kids love it but I don’t love the way it makes me feel. Maybe my house will sell quickly and I can go back to cooking and eating healthy?
