We got hit with a snow storm here in NJ this past week and we even had our first snow day! I don’t know about you but I always crave comfort food in a snow storm! While I don’t always crave the healthiest comfort food, this week’s meal plan has a bunch of options to satisfy my craving and keep me in check. Hey, I’m looking at you Ratatouille Lasagna!! WHOA!
Another thing I love to do on snow days is to cook and bake ALL the things in my house! I baked brownies and muffins, and I also made sure I roasted vegetables and grilled chicken.
