There are lots of nutritious, delicious options on this week’s Healthy Meal Plan. We are celebrating the holidays with scrumptious appetizers and a fabulous side dish that will make your holiday table even more memorable.
We made it! It’s Christmas Eve and the first day of Hanukkah!
Even though it’s a holiday week we can still have some healthier recipe options, right? I just love this week’s meal plan because there are amazing appetizers (I could just eat appetizers all day for the holidays) and a gorgeous Hasselback Potato Gratin that the whole family will enjoy. We didn’t share any main dishes because most of you have those holiday meals planned out already (I hope you do!) and if you are like me, you plan on eating leftovers!
I wish you all a wonderful, happy, healthy holiday with delicious food, family and friends!
Now onto these recipes…
