Comforting Pasta e Fagioli, Butternut Squash Quinoa and Swiss Chard Stew and One Pot Creamy Sausage Roasted Red Pepper Pasta are a few of the delicious, nutritious recipes on this week’s meal plan!
Happy Saturday!
I am so excited to get our tree today! I am really trying to focus on slowing down and really taking a deep breath and enjoying the season. It’s no easy (as I am sure you all know!) but I am trying. And so far, it’s going well. I am not going to lie, running and bar method have been helping to keep me sane. If I could only resist temptation to eat the treats that I am making!
What really helps me is to stay on track with my meal planning. I took a couple of weeks off after Thanksgiving, but I am making sure that I stay on track. It makes a HUGE difference for me. And I am sure it makes a big difference to everyone out there that does this too.
So now let’s check out this week’s delicious dishes…
Monday
Broccoli Chicken and Cheese Wild Rice Casserole from Spoonful of Flavor.
Prep Ahead Tips: You can prep everything in advance and then bake just prior to serving.
Tuesday
Pasta e Fagioli from Hip Foodie Mom.
Wednesday
Ginger Teriyaki Sirloin Filet from Lauren Kelly Nutrition.
Serving Tips: Serve with roasted vegetables.
Thursday
One Pot Creamy Sausage Roasted Red Pepper Pasta from Flavor the Moments.
Prep Tips: This meal comes together very quickly, but you can puree the roasted red peppers and prep the veggies in advance if desired.
Friday
