This week we are all about fall flavors with Autumn Nourish Bowls with Maple Almond Dressing and Autumn Minestrone Soup, just to name a couple.
I am totally loving all of these comfort foods this week. Since I hurt my back and I haven’t been cooking as much as I normally do, but I am hoping that it starts to feel better and I can get back on track.
