This weekend will be quiet over here. Some activities got cancelled due to rain yesterday (YAY!) so I plan on hunkering down later and cooking a big dinner for my family. What are your weekend plans?

Prep Tips: If you are not lactose intolerant, you can use heavy cream in place of the Lactaid (lactose-free cow’s milk). With heavy cream, I start with just a ½ cup. Feel free to add more if desired.
