I actually forgot about it until I logged on to Facebook that I saw my “memories” that popped up. How could I forget this day? Easily. Easily because I have come so far.
Today marks the one year anniversary from that awful emergency surgery I had.
Today I focus on gratitude for everything I have. I feel great and although I am not where I want to be, I am still thankful for everything.
Let’s talk food. Oh MAN, I love talking about food.
This week’s meal plan is fabulous. I am definitely making that One Pot Supreme Pizza Quinoa this week for my kids. They will LOVE that (well 2 of them will, one of them won’t eat quinoa) and I personally can’t wait to make the Asian Quinoa with Bok Choy. Bring on the quinoa!
