I can’t believe it’s the middle of January already. I know I am always saying that but I am really feeling it right now. I have been back on my meal prep train so January is looking great so far.

Those breakfast tacos with citrus guacamole are calling to me! I’m always looking for breakfast ideas that aren’t just a vehicle for syrup.
