Greek Yogurt Parfait
Makes 1 serving
- 1 cup plain non-fat or low-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Quinoa Granola
- 1/4 cup mixed berries and fruit of your choice (I used pomegranate seeds, blueberries & blackberries)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
