One SIGNED copy of The Everything Wheat-Free Diet Cookbook  (my cookbook ๐Ÿ™‚ )  There are 300 wheat-free recipes in here!  My cookbook is perfect for people with wheat allergies, intolerances, sensitivities, or for those who simply want to reduce the amount of wheat in their diets.

One copy of The Everything Guide To Living Gluten-Free by Jeanine Friesen of  The Baking Beauties.  You might remember my book review and the amazing Baked Pumpkin Crunch Oatmeal I made from the book?  This is so well written and informative and it’s a great resource for anyone who is thinking about going gluten-free or someone who has been gluten-free for years.  On top of all the useful information, there are also 100 recipes!

I would LOVE to win this cookbook because it would make a wonderful gift for my Sis-In-Law Samantha. I few months ago she started having horrible health problems. Her arms would go numb and she couldn’t even move them. When it reached that point she finally looked for help and found out she has celiacs disease. She was basically starving for a long time and it showed because she looked like a skeleton. She has been having a lot of trouble giving up breads and crackers. She swears up and down that gluten free bread is nasty! I’ve been doing my best to help her by researching online and making her great gluten free breads and fruity quickbreads but I can only do so much. This would go a long way to help her stay healthy!

I am diabetic and trying to eliminate the wheat from my diet and get my blood sugars under control (not having much success at the moment). I believe your cookbook (and the snack offerings) would be a tremendous help as we all try to improve our diets and health. Whether I win or not, THANKS for the give-away.

I’ve been following you on facebook and pinterest for a while now. Even before my trying to go gluten free. I’ve been trying to get loads of healthy recipes that my husband will eat. This boy likes his wheat products! So as long as it tastes good, he doesn’t mind. I’ve been trying to go gluten free due to inflammation that is causing severe pain. And may I just say, I have gotten quite a few hubby approved recipes from you. Thanks for your blog! <3!

I cook for two people who don’t have any issues, my daughter and I who are gluten free, and a son who is a vegetarian. I’d love to win it because my husband’s had stomach issues his whole life. He is now disabled due to a nerve injury and is on lots of meds which make those issues worse. I am slowly reworking our whole diet to help him and me eat better and feel better! I have already done a test run removing some of the gluten & wheat from his diet and then reintroduced a little of it and he had a reaction. Can’t wait to see the results when we are totally gluten and wheat free!!!!!
