I love a classic chocolate chip cookie. It’s not too fancy, but they’re so delicious.

My favorite thing to make is date bars or date filled cookies. My mom always made both of them and they scream Christmas to me.

Sweet Potato Pies. I make my grandmother’s recipe every year–enough so that everyone takes home a whole pie (2 for my son ๐Ÿ™‚ ) Now that I am the grandmother, I will be handing the recipe down soon.

My husband and I make a huge batch of korvapuusti, Finnish cardamom cinnamon rolls, every year. It is a treat that reminds my husband of home. We make enough to give to friends & family and extra to freeze so we have them into the new year.

It sounds strange, but the best fudge in the ENTIRE WORLD is the recipe from the Jet Puff label. Any other plain fudge I’ve had pales in comparison!
