With all of these sugar-filled treats and goodies for the holidays around, I decided to share some healthier ones! Why not lighten some up so you can enjoy them guilt-free?
This time of year is so hard to avoid all of the sweets out there. I’m having a difficult time because I am cooking and baking so much more than I normally do and I tend to mindlessly eat when I am stressed. That is why I like to lighten up my goodies, so I can actually enjoy them without stressing about what’s in there. Don’t get me wrong, I do bake with butter and sugar (and enjoy every minute of it) but if I am eating more treats than normal, (I mean, who doesn’t this time of year??) I try to make them healthier. I can’t wait to bake all of these cookies! Which one should I start with first?

Love this list. I do indulge in my favorites at Christmas, but I don’t want to eat many–these are the perfect fillers for the rich treats (and they look just as tasty!)
I do the exact same Kristen!! Thanks for stopping by!
Love this list! I’ll take one of each : )
I want one of each too Abby!
This is a tough time of year with all the goodies happening. I’m all for lightening up those goodies a bit. Great list!
Thank you Valerie!
