Man this weather is crazy, isn’t it?
Last week we got quite a bit of snow and this weekend it’s supposed to be 60 degrees! I am definitely not complaining and I can’t wait to go out for a run. I know I keep saying it but this winter has been exceptionally difficult for me to meal prep and work out as much as I’m used to, which in turn leads me to not eat so well and ultimately, not feel so great. This week has been better and I prepped my meals, made a ton of No Bake Coconut Almond Butter Cacao Bites and I am back on track. Just like that. It really is that easy.
You know what’s not easy? Getting your house ready to put it on the market. We have lived here for 14 years, brought our babies house and collected a lot of stuff. I mean, A LOT. This is just one of the many reasons why I haven’t been on track with my eating and exercise. What in the world am I going to do when it’s time to pack and move?
